Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Telecoms & IT and Transport sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.41%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Development Works Food Co (TADAWUL:6013), which rose 9.95% or 9.90 points to trade at 109.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) added 7.69% or 0.01 points to end at 0.14 and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8311) was up 7.00% or 0.84 points to 12.84 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were United Wire Factories Company (TADAWUL:1301), which fell 5.20% or 1.45 points to trade at 26.45 at the close. Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (TADAWUL:4240) declined 5.14% or 0.96 points to end at 17.70 and Arabian Pipes Company (TADAWUL:2200) was down 3.42% or 4.00 points to 113.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 157 to 116 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.23% or 0.18 to $77.35 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.29% or 0.24 to hit $81.67 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.20% or 3.85 to trade at $1,941.55 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.08% to 4.01, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 105.75.
