Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.09%

Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Industrial Investment, Financial Services and Petrochemicals sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.09% to hit a new 1-month high.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:7040), which rose 6.73% or 10.20 points to trade at 161.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Electrical Industries Co (TADAWUL:1303) added 5.63% or 0.12 points to end at 2.25 and Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (TADAWUL:4004) was up 5.59% or 8.40 points to 158.80 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Leejam Sports Company SJSC (TADAWUL:1830), which fell 5.17% or 9.00 points to trade at 165.00 at the close. Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (TADAWUL:4300) declined 4.94% or 0.78 points to end at 15.02 and United Cooperative Assurance Co (TADAWUL:8190) was down 4.93% or 0.46 points to 8.88.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 184 to 94 and 15 ended unchanged.

Shares in Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:7040) rose to 5-year highs; gaining 6.73% or 10.20 to 161.80. Shares in Electrical Industries Co (TADAWUL:1303) rose to 5-year highs; up 5.63% or 0.12 to 2.25.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 1.34% or 1.08 to $81.59 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.17% or 0.99 to hit $85.88 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.34% or 6.70 to trade at $1,992.50 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.19% to 4.03, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 104.75.
